Mixture model PAML format input

Dear All,
If I wanted to designate a user-defined mixture model in RAxML-NG, how would I go about with the standard PAML format? Would I have to combine all matrices (with eq. frequencies) in one file?

user-defined mixture models are not supported by RAxML-NG as of now, sorry.
