Compilation Issue

Hello,

I am trying to compile RAxML onto my mac Running with MacBook Pro (M1, 2020). I have downloaded standard-RAxML through github. 

When I run the code:

make -f Makefile.SSE3.PTHREADS.gcc

I get the error like attachments.

Try using the Makefile with the .mac extension.

Furthermore, standard RAxML is not supported any more, please consider
using the new version RAxML-NG: https://github.com/amkozlov/raxml-ng

Could I get the way to run this version?

Hi,

You could use the CIPRES gateway at

  www.phylo.org

If you do not need more than 1,000 core hours, usage is free.

If you need more than that, there is a small charge for a subscription.
