Internode certainty

Hi all,

I'm running the raxml-ng command: './raxml-ng --support --tree fasta.contree --bs-trees fasta.ufboot --bs-metric ic1,ica --prefix ictc_ML'

I just want to calculate internode certainty from my existing consensus tree/bootstrap trees but I'm receiving the error 'ERROR: Unknown branch support metric: ic1,ica' even though my command matches what is specified at: https://github.com/amkozlov/raxml-ng/wiki/Computing-branch-support-metrics 

Any ideas?

Hi Austin,

IC/ICA and other advanced support metrics are implemented in raxml-ng 2.0, which is currently in beta:

https://github.com/amkozlov/raxml-ng/releases/tag/2.0-beta2
