problem with rapid bootstrap

Hi,

I used,

-f a
-m PROTGAMMAJTT
-# 100
-x 12345

but I got only RAxML_info. and RAxML_bootstrap. files!

where are the files,

RAxML_bestTree.
RAxML_bipartitionsBranchLabels.
RAxML_bipartitions.
???

I never got some erros? Could you tell me, whats wrong with my file or my program?

please provide the full command line and let us know how large the
dataset is.

Could it be that the program is still running?

On what type of hardware did you execute the code?
