Fasta parsing error

Hello,

v7 used to accept Fasta alignments. v8 and v8.0.2 doesn't seem to like them anymore.

Fasta parsing error, RAxML expects an alignment.
the last sequence in the alignment seems to have a different length

No problem converting to Phylip, as always, but using Fasta is pretty practical :)

maybe it's a problem with the particular file, the latest version could
parse a fasta file I had just fine, can you send me the alignment please?
