RAxML Error

Hi to everyone! I'm Mateo Mejía Gallego, I'm a biology student from the CES University in Medellín, Colombia. A pleasure to meet you!

I write this mail because I have problems when I enter a secuence in phy format to run it in modeltest-ng. exe

When I enter this concatened alignment, I get this error:

I don't know exactly what is going on or what the error in question would be. I've spent all day trying to figure it out and still haven't been able to.

Could you please help me? I need to solve it as I have an assignment due for my systematics and phylogenetics subject.

Hola Mateo,

It seems that you are using the raxmlGUI to run your analyses which was
not developed by us.

It is hard to tell what the problem might be, especially since we (the
RAxML developers) are using Linux.

I would guess that the problem might be associated with the input file
format, you may send me the file to my personal email and I can have a
look.
