to raxml
Hi
I was wondering if there is a way to run raxml-ng with CUDA to be able to utilise GPU.
I saw in an earlier message (from 2011) that that wouldn't be very effective for the previous raxml (with SSE3), however, previously I have been parsing the bootstraps in parallel runs on a server.
Unfortunately, I don't have a server available anymore, but I do have my home computer with a relatively good graphics card. So I was wondering if there is a way to use the many GPU of that to run many bootstraps in parallel.
Cheers
Pepijn

Dear Pepijn,
We do unfortunately not offer GPU support neither for standard RAxML nor
RAxML-NG.
