Hi everyone.

Is there any way how to use continuous characters like allele frequency data? Ive tried to categorize them into 10 bins (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,Z) but there is unexpected error when trying to run GAMMA/ORDERED model.

The problem may be that any non-molecular standard character, which binned characters are using the ordered model implementation, needs to have sequential states starting with 0 then proceeding with A after 9.
