RAxML and partitioned analysis

Hi

I have a dataset with one gene (600 pb) and I want run RAxML whit setting the best scheme of partition and model that particiónfinder found for each one, but I dont know how put this settings in RaxML HPC2 on XSEDE. I ran a analysis whit the next file with the partition (1Partiticiones) in the option "use a mixed/partitioned model?" and it works, but the model for each one I cant specified.
