Using raxml-ng (v1.2.1) through slurm, I've run into a bug:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'

I fixed a similar problem recently.

Could you please try to reproduce with the latest v1.2.2 release:

If it still fails, please send me all input and log files.
