An error while running raxml function

Hi,

I got an error when I used raxml function to construct a tree. 

Here is what I did:
alignment.rax.gtr <- raxml(TS3alignment,
m="GTRGAMMAIX", # model
f="a", # best tree and bootstrap
p=1234, # random number seed
x=2345, # random seed for rapid bootstrapping
N=100, # number of bootstrap replicates
file="alignment", # name of output files
exec="raxmlHPC-PTHREADS-SSE3", # name of executable
threads=20
)

The following is the error I got.

Hi Shengxin,

please re-run RAxML without R wrapper, using the command line below, and
check the output for error messages.
