We have moved our JIRA project management and wiki webspaces to a new, hosted instance (kindly donated by Atlassian software). This is partly because, due to all of your interest and effort, our group has become large enough that we need to do our own support. In addition, these new webspaces will allow us to divide our tasks into subprojects that will greatly reduce spam, increase efficiency, and hopefully, be targeted in relevance for our project. This is in no way a move away from OpenMRS, we work closely with all the folks there and they have helped us (thanks Michael Downey!) a great deal in making this migration happen.
Most of your login details have been moved over. If you find that to not be the case, please do sign up with the SAME DETAILS on the new webspaces. Wiki pages that were updated in the last two days will be needed to be re-updated (apologies, there should only be about 4 changes) and we look forward to working with you to solve any problems that do come up). Please contact raxa-jss-em...@googlegroups.com with any questions.
The new JIRA and wiki (Confluence) can be found at:-
Thanks and we look forward to us all settling in to our new home!

We have been evaluating various Open Source software licenses. Our priorities are to ensure that we will have:-
1. A tried and tested Open Source License.
2. Compatibility with the licenses of the toolkits we are using (OpenMRS, MoTeCH, Sencha/ExtJS)
2. A vibrant developer community going forward. We hope that this project will continue to help those working at JSS and elsewhere long after we have all moved on (although we hope none of us does). One way to ensure that is to have as many people's interests be part of our "big tent" to ensure our initial development and future maintainability.
Weighing all the various options, we have decided to use the Apache 2.0 Software License.
