Reminder: Raxa "Weekly Update" form

Dear contributors,

Thanks again for all of your dedication to Raxa.

A brief reminder that we have a "weekly update" form. We request that everyone takes a few minutes (no more than 5) to fill out this form on a weekly basis.

We see the benefits of filling this form out to be:

1. provides a quick summary of what everyone is working on
2. if you have any "blocking issues" or problems, we can respond to them
3. you can provide critiques, feedback, and suggestions to improve our team and work

We very much value your input and hope you'll be able to take a few minutes each week to submit this form. Generally we remind everyone to fill this out before the weekly meeting, but if you haven't filled out the form recently, please go ahead and do so now.
