Hi there ,
I am a 2nd year students currently pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science from MSIT ,New Delhi . I know java ,html ,css and basic/essential javascript . I would like to contribute to the group as developer .
I was going through your GSOC'15 ideas page and I would like to report an issue there , Projects SmartFeed , Zomato for Hospitals and Smart Platforms has the same objectives .
Should I create an issue for this on RaxaEMR github page ?Or should I report this somewhere else ?
