New bootstrapping files

We've been shifting from AppEngine to Flask for building rawscripts. But scripts and documents for getting started with Flask have been falling behind.

By popular demand, that has changed. Checkout the branch "freedom", and  there are now some helpful bootstraping files. And you can get more info here -- http://docs.rawscripts.org/code.html
Those instructions should be pretty straightforward for Linux, and ought to also work on Macs. 

That hopefully also made Rawscripts more Windows friendly, but maybe not Windows usable. There are still some cross platform issues. Also a handful of non-essential but useful bash scripts that won't on Windows, so they should be replaces by something like Python wherever possible.

But, some great progress has been made. Hope those bootstrap files makes it easier to get started.
