Raw Beer

This forum is for discussing making beer and other foods made by fermentation such as gruit ale, sourdough or kefir, simply, in the kitchen, using low tech methods. Also, sprouting grains, lambic or airborne yeasts, making starters etc. Real ale is brewed raw and is good food.
