Installing ravenports

Hello, I am having trouble installing ravenports on dragonflyBSD and hope to get some help.  I am going by the quick start guide for dragonflyBSD that is on the ravenports website.  The problem arises when I try to complete the third step.  It says to type "/raven/sbin/pkg-static upgrade" which I do, but I am getting "No active remote repositories configured."  What am I doing wrong here?

what's the output of " /raven/sbin/pkg-static -vv | tail -n 10" ?

The /raven/etc/pkg.conf file should be in place and well as /raven/etc/pkg/repos/*raven.conf so check for those too.

Sorry, I had created a raven ports directory and then extracted the files there, creating a /raven/raven... directory.  It appears that was fouling things up. Deleted the directory and extracted to / and it is working now.  Thanks for responding.
