thousands of RAFT connection errors

Am getting these after a clean restart of the service:
The errors are strange as that machine (192.168.1.3) is a VM that is not even running.
I suspect these are notifications accumulated over time.
1) Is it possible to clear them out somehow? I'm unable to 'Dismiss all' in the studio as the browser is hanging trying to display them all (10,000+)
2) they are likely all of the type 'RAFT connection error' so not sure how so many accumulated. perhaps one error should replace a prior error for this type of error.

Are you sure that you aren't actively being connected from some that location?

currently no, but over the course of the day, yes that VM was running most likely (maybe 8hrs max)
perhaps better still would be to simply paginate that notifications popup - whatever happened to 'safe by default' 128 rows? ha ha

'dismiss all' sends 1 signal per notification (i.e. 10,000 in my case) instead of just a single call
