Do attachments count towards database size limits?

Hello,

I'm debating whether or not to store images on the filesystem or as attachments in the Raven document store.   Do static attachments like an image or pdf count towards the disk quota in the current or newly proposed licensing scheme?

Yes, they do

But note that disk quotas is only relevant for the Basic edition.
