I am getting this like  twice a minute:

{"Index":"Auto/ActivityEntryCollections/ByOwnerAndStates_Id","Error":"Lucene.Net.Store.LockObtainFailedException: Lock obtain timed out: NativeFSLock@I:\\Codealike-main\\Raven-Suggestions\\Auto\\ActivityEntryCollections\\ByOwnerAndStates_Id\\Owner-Default-0.5\\write.lock\r\n   at Lucene.Net.Store.Lock.Obtain(Int64 lockWaitTimeout) in c:\\Work\\lucene.net\\src\\core\\Store\\Lock.cs:line 83\r\n   at Lucene.Net.Index.IndexWriter.Init(Directory d, Analyzer a, Boolean create, IndexDeletionPolicy deletionPolicy, Int32 maxFieldLength, IndexingChain indexingChain, IndexCommit commit) in c:\\Work\\lucene.net\\src\\core\\Index\\IndexWriter.cs:line 1228\r\n   at Lucene.Net.Index.IndexWriter.Init(Directory d, Analyzer a, IndexDeletionPolicy deletionPolicy, Int32 maxFieldLength, IndexingChain indexingChain, IndexCommit commit) in c:\\Work\\lucene.net\\src\\core\\Index\\IndexWriter.cs:line 1203\r\n   at Lucene.Net.Index.IndexWriter..ctor(Directory d, Analyzer a, MaxFieldLength mfl) in c:\\Work\\lucene.net\\src\\core\\Index\\IndexWriter.cs:line 5441\r\n   at SpellChecker.Net.Search.Spell.SpellChecker.IndexDictionary(IDictionary dict, Int32 mergeFactor, Int32 ramMB, CancellationToken token) in c:\\Builds\\RavenDB-Unstable-v2.5\\Raven.Database\\Imports\\Lucene.Net\\SpellChecker\\SpellChecker.cs:line 405\r\n   at SpellChecker.Net.Search.Spell.SpellChecker.IndexDictionary(IDictionary dict, CancellationToken token) in c:\\Builds\\RavenDB-Unstable-v2.5\\Raven.Database\\Imports\\Lucene.Net\\SpellChecker\\SpellChecker.cs:line 446\r\n   at Raven.Database.Queries.SuggestionQueryIndexExtension.OnDocumentsIndexed(IEnumerable`1 documents, Analyzer searchAnalyzer) in c:\\Builds\\RavenDB-Unstable-v2.5\\Raven.Database\\Queries\\SuggestionQueryIndexExtension.cs:line 104\r\n   at Raven.Database.Indexing.Index.Write(Func`4 action) in c:\\Builds\\RavenDB-Unstable-v2.5\\Raven.Database\\Indexing\\Index.cs:line 401","Timestamp":"2013-10-07T02:28:45.1129714Z","Document":null,"Action":"Write"}

Any idea what I am dealing with?

BTW couldnt find the way to copy the error from the Index Errors list.

That is usually an indication that something is holding up locks to the file.
This most often happens when some AV software is locking the files.

To me it has happened also with:

-          CrashPlan

-          DropBox

-          SkyDrive

The server is an stripped down to the bare minimum Windows Server 2012, only RavenDB installed as service in there.

Can you check who is holding locks to that file?

Not anymore. All that happened while the service was shutdown for maintenance priority was to start it up. If it happens again will look into it.
