We just upgraded our application to Build 264, and now on every single
request, we additionally get a 404 for the url "/docs/Raven/
Replication/Destinations"
We have not added any plugins or such. Just unzipped the download
package in the place we used to have it, and continued using the DB as
we did before.
Every day we start from a fresh (empty) DB and set up indexes on it.

polled for every five minutes. Is this still accurate?

Yes, this is the case.
Basically, it is checking to see if you have replication setup to do stuff, in case we need to do failover.
