Where can I submit bugs and suggestions related to the RavenDb book please?

It's a great read but I did spot the odd mistake and I also have one or two suggestions to make it more understandable for nubz

:)

Installing all the apps as per the git hub page - then running .psake1

I get the following errors (this includes the install, get from git - into the wrong folder then the get again into the right folder and then the build of the docs.. in case it's useful to anyone trying to help...):
