Does Azure support esent hosting or is the only compatible storage engine munin?
This blog http://www.michaelhanley.org/blog/2011/12/ravendb-running-in-windows-azure.html has been mentioned a few times on here and it specifically configures munin, was that done for a reason or for preference?
