Browse template use of header and footer

The browse template index.html has the header and footer hardcoded so
it is not possible to override the widget footer with
content_footer.html.

I'm guessing this is an error introduce during refactoring?

No, it's because the patch you provided to allow headers to be
overwritten were only applicable to the base template while the browse
template provides a new index.html.

We need to factor in the changes you made to the base template.

I've now ported the changes you made to the base widget into browse
widget. You can now override:

content_header.html
content_footer.html
content_primary.html
content_secondary.html

Note in porting this I have needed to change the div structure for
content_secondary (one more enclosing divs). I did not need to change
any CSS for either Wookie or RiC, but if you have some in-progress
work this might affect things.
