Templates now produce opera widgets too...

Thanks to Scott Wilson over on the Wookie project our template code
now produces widgets that can be deployed as Opera widgets, this means
they don't need to be hosted in a browser, but can be a desktop
"application".

Got to be worth a sentence or two in the final report.

To demonstrate this Scott build a "twidget" using the RiC templates,
you can see a screenshot of it running as an "app" on a Mac (he's left
the applications doc in the screenshot as proof):
