New Ravada v1.7

It  is available for download the new version of Ravada 1.7. We added some new enhancements and fixes so it is actually v1.7.2.

We fixed some small bugs, added a new feature to select the balance algorithm among nodes, improvements in the i18n settings and catalan and spanish translations. Thanks to Elena Mishima, Dani Sanchez, Eloi Cambra and Sabian Corrette.
