Ravada v1.8.3 released

We released Ravada version 1.8.0. It has minor bugfixes from and some new features. Disk cache can be configured from the frontend now. Hardware changes to a base will be applied to all the clones. So you can now give more CPUs, memory, add hardware components. All the clones will get those changes right away.
