Version 1.4.0 is out there

We released Ravada version 1.4.0 .

We added support for managing video and audio devices in the frontend. Furthermore, we fixed some minor bugs and added small features. Also, it supports Windows 11 virtual machines: https://ravada.readthedocs.io/en/latest/docs/install_guest_windows11.html
