Inthe aftermath of the war, the crew of the Normandy struggle to comprehend the loss of their commanding officer. Major Kaidan Alenko is thrust into a role he is not ready for, and he has to do it while mourning the woman he loves.

Fast forward six weeks, Commander Faith Shepard is found alive but drastically changed, with significant memory loss that erases her recollection of the Reapers and other critical events. There's no logical explanation for her survival, hinting at something more sinister.

Tali'Zorah is mysteriously thrown back in time. As the war with the Reapers ends in the explosive battle to retake Earth and the Citadel, Tali finds herself suddenly back on her pilgrimage, three years in her past. She sets off on a mission to reunite with Commander Shepard and their friends. Hopefully this time more lives can be saved. The only certainty: things will be very different.

Garrus and Shepard have settled into married life on the Citadel two years after the Reaper war. Garrus has taken the position of Primarch, representing the 3 million Turian refugees and citizens that now live on the Citadel after the damage suffered on Palaven. Shepard has spent her time after the war rehabbing and retiring from service. Settling into civilian life is finally feeling like normalcy, and their recently adopted daughter adds even more to their seemingly, now normal, lives.

A journal and transcript of armor logs compiled by Garrus Vakarian and Liara T'Soni to tell the story of the one who saved the galaxy from the Reapers. Previously published on another site, added additional scenes that weren't allowed under their rules.

"If all else perished and he remained, I should still continue to be; and if all else remained, and he were annihilated, the universe would turn to a mighty stranger."

- Emily Bront, Wuthering Heights

Shepard is a being from another universe. He is the prince of the entire Argonian species. He came into the mass effect universe through a wormhole that appears every so often. But By the time he was born the portal opened up permanently. So now he and the rest of the defenders need to stop the Reapers before they destroy everything. He and the team will stop the reapers no matter what.

(P.S Shepard will be killing Miranda in mass effect 2 in this fanfiction. I made this fanfiction because I saw the fanfiction Mass effect Parallel Realities. Written by: InHarmsWay. So all of the credit for this fanfiction goes to him. I am just making my own version of the fanfiction. I take no credit for this fanfiction. It all goes to him. I simply wanted to add my own ideas about how it should have gone. Like how it should have ended makes their own versions of movies. I like to make my own version of fanfictions. )

Garrus Vakarian, son of Primarch Castis Vakarian, doesn't believe in fate. He believes in hard work and unfailing persistence. Having been groomed to take his father's position, the 56th Vakarian to do so, Garrus has always been assured of who he is and where he stands in the universe. That is...until one Commander Jane Shepard is assigned to his honor guard. All of his previous convictions are smashed to pieces and Garrus is forced to face unnerving truths. The world is not as black and white as it has always seemed.

Everything was perfect. Saren was defeated. Sovereign fell from the sky. They'd survived it all and discovered something more... in each other. And then it all fell apart. Shepard took the rest of the team to investigate the continuing geth sighting. C-Sec obligations forced Garrus to stay behind... And when she'd needed him most, he wasn't there to watch her six. The love of his life died over Alchera and the galaxy came crashing down around him. An avenging spirit emerged that day. He called himself: Archangel.

Shepard's prodigal rise through the ranks of the Alliance Navy is nothing short of legendary. When she's made a candidate to be the first Human Spectre, how could she refuse?

She's sent to the Alliance colony of Eden Prime on a secret mission to prove herself. Little does she know this one day would change her life forever.

Shepard defeated the reapers, escaped Cerberus confinement, and reunited with her crew. Now retired from the Alliance and working on Palaven she has to navigate what it means to be her favorite turian's fianc and planning a future. The question always on her mind is - will she survive long enough to see it?

Humanity, despite its valient efforts, was going to lose against the Reapers, it was obvious. So they hid her, their sole ace in the hole. Garrus Vakarian has managed to stop Saren, albeit barely, and has drawn the eyes of the Collectors. Through chance, or fate, both eras will fight. Together, or eachother. Pre-Prothean humanity, rated Mature for cursing, violence and maybe sexual themes.

Javik is the only known survivor of the ancient Prothean race. After being preserved in stasis for over 50,000 years, he is revived and seeks to wreak vengeance on the Reapers for the demise of his people.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Enhanced Senses (Could see through Kasumi's invisibility), Expert Hand-To-Hand Combatant, Weapon Mastery (Expert Marksman and grenadier), Psychometry (as a Prothean, Javik can gain knowledge and experiences from the past though physical touch)[1], Energy Manipulation/Mass Manipulation (Can manipulate dark energy to increase/decrease/fluctuate the mass of a given volume of space via mass effect fields created by his biotics), Telekinesis (Can move objects and people with his mind through mass lowering fields via biotics), Forcefield Creation (In the form of Kinetic Barriers and Biotic Barriers), Energy Projection (In the form of Biotic Explosion) and Explosion Manipulation (With Lift Grenade)

Intelligence: Extremely high. A talented soldier and biotic, thanks to memory shards filled with centuries' worth of experience from other Prothean soldiers during their war with the Reapers. Among Protheans, he was considered their best soldier, and would've led the best Prothean warriors in the next cycle.

Weaknesses: Kinetic barriers are activated based on the speed of an attack. A melee attack is not fast enough to set it off. In addition, the shielding afforded by kinetic barriers does not protect against extremes of temperature, toxins, or radiation.
