Dear Rattle Users,

As noted on https://rattle.togaware.com/, the re-write of the rattle GUI is well progressed, to the stage where we are now using RattleNG in our courses at the ANU with over 300 students per course.

Installation is now a lot simpler though zip installs, and getting better as we begin to support native packaing for Linux, MacOS, and Windows.

While the new GUI is a total refresh, I've aimed to be "sympathetic" to the original Rattle interface, so any original Rattle guides will be readily applicable to the new Rattle. In our courses, very little has had to change, apart from screenshots.

You can check out the screenshots at https://github.com/gjwgit/rattleng/blob/dev/README.md. Install instructions are available from https://github.com/gjwgit/rattleng/blob/dev/installers/README.md. The Survival guide is being updated at https://survivor.togaware.com/datascience/.

Do let me know directly (rat...@togaware.com) if you strike any issues or find functionality you rely on that is missing and we'll prioritise.

Regards,
Graham
