I would hazard a guess that the random seed is functioning differently on different machines.

Different results on different machines using Random Forests

Jeffrey Ohlmann <spor...@gmail.com>: Sep 25 08:37AM -0700 I get different results when running random forest routine in Rattle, although ALL settings are set the same. Any ideas why? And is there a way to correct this?
