Dear Mercedes,

We would like your help in identifying an innovator whose bold thinking and high-impact work has helped women defend and advance their rights. That individual will be among those considered for the Trust Women Hero Award, an honorary distinction which we will present in London during our third  Trust Women Conference on 18-19 November, an event hosted by the Thomson Reuters Foundation.

The winner will be selected by the prestigious Trust Women Advisory Board and receive a cash prize of $5,000 to further their work. The 2014 Trust Women Awards winners will be unveiled at a ceremony hosted during the Trust Women Conference in London.

Nominations are made by the public and candidates are judged based on their leadership and the innovation, impact. Nominees are judged on their leadership and the impact, scalability, and groundbreaking nature of their work and scalability of their work.

Nominations will be accepted until July 4^th, 2014.
