I have killed a couple of dragons. When I go to the "shouts" section of the magic menu, it tells me that I have 2 dragon souls available in the lower right corner. However, when I press "R" to try and unlock another shout, it tells me that dragon souls are required to unlock shouts, just like in the beginning of the game when I had none.
You are pressing the wrong button. It's that easy. You are pressing the equip button not the unlock button. On PS3 it is square and on XBox its X. I don't know what it is for PC though. (It should be the same as your unsheathing button.)
Im at the point where Im trying to go slay the big bad dragon. I killed the priest and two dragons at the pinnacle of the dungeon, but the staff I am supposed to place in the seal is already there. The priest never took it out cause I killed him so fast. Bug to reload or what?
Dragon Sight. You gain darkvision out to 60 feet, or to an additional 60 feet if you already have that sense. Once per day, you can gain blindsight out to 30 feet for 5 minutes.
So since you can only do it once a day and it only lasts 5 minutes, it is something you must activate, right? But it doesn't explain how. In particular, what is the action economy cost for this? Does it cost an action? Is it an object interaction? Do you "just do it" like with a fighter's Action Surge?
In the case of the Dragon Mask that give blindsight for 5 minutes, I would probably rule that it's just a free action since this is a unique powerful object and the blindsight is an ongoing and long-lasting personal 'condition' effect (as opposed to an attack or spell etc). So I doubt it would be unbalancing to say the wearer can just activate it with a mere thought.
Consider this situation: I use the ability of Scion of the Ur-Dragon and put it in the stack. My opponent play Rending Volley in response targeting Scion of the Ur-Dragon. In response I use it's ability again and put it in the top of the stack. First the dragon's ability resolves and I can choose any dragon that is not blue or white to avoid the volley(lets say Shivan Dragon). Then the volley resolves and it does not do anything because it has an invalid target. What happens next? The last ability in the stack says that Scion of the Ur-Dragon turn into a copy of a dragon, but it's name has changed to Shivan Dragon. Can I transform it again anyways with the last ability in the stack (if my first intention was to transform it in Oros, the Avenger for example?
Scion of the Ur-Dragon, after the second activation of it's ability resolves, will be a copy of Shivan Dragon. Now, the First ability will try to resolve, and looks for the Scion of Ur-Dragon, finding it as Shivan Dragon.
When the ability is activated and placed on the stack, though it said Scion of the Ur-Dragon at the time, it is referring to that card. Even after the effect of the second ability activation copies the Characteristics of Shivan Dragon, the ability on the stack still point at that card.

The action-packed matches of Dragon Ball FighterZ can end spectacularly, but the most hype comes from activating a Dramatic Finisher to end a game. When you get a K.O. on your opponent and meet certain conditions, you can trigger a cutscene to play referencing an iconic moment from the anime series. From Goku's first defeat of Frieza on Namek to Yamcha's unfortunate demise, there are many Finishers to see.
The gorgeous 3v3 team battles in this fighting game are complemented by incredibly detailed stages that can change throughout a fight. For example, finishing off a character's health with a super move can trigger a Destructive Finish, ravaging the battlefield for the rest of the brawl. Even beginners to Dragon Ball FighterZ can also use a smashing attack on their opponent to send them flying to another stage.
One type of finisher you don't want to confuse with a Dramatic Finish is the more common Destructive Finish, which is activated differently. While a Dramatic Finish plays a choreographed sequence almost like a cutscene, a Destructive Finish simply displays how explosive your battle was. Destructive Finishes are activated when you K.O. an opponent using character-specific moves that trigger such devastation.
