Developer Key for Mobile App

Hello,

I'd like to develop an app which is pretty similar to the already existing beerbuddy app, the biggest difference being the user would be able to map where, which shop, around him he can find an specific beer/type of beer. I'm from Brazil and although the beer scenario is growing rapidly there seems to be a shortage of information on where to find which type of beer.

I saw the **-- The RateBeer JSON API is currently unavailable. --** sign, but considering other API relying apps are still working, I thought it was worth the shot.
