Install ratchet in windows xampp

Hi, this might seem a really stupid question. I have a windows os and I am running xampp on it. I want to try ratchet. I have read the tutorial couple of times but I cannot understand where am I suppose to save my chat-server.php. It says to save this file in bin. But where is this bin folder? There is no bin folder in my xampp folder. Please help me. And thanks in advance.

You have to make the bin folder inside the root directory (which is c:/xampp/htdocs by default if you have not changed it in the http-conf file).
Make all of the asked folders inside this root directory.

I tried to install Ratchet and test the chat script on my local server.

I must say that is not the easiest "Creating Your First Application"  page. :) 

You need a guide to run the script that was supposed to make the Ratchet workflow clear :))

"Put this file in that folder, put that file in this folder".

Have you figured it out yet ?
