LXNavigation still in business ?

Does anyone know if LXNavigation is still in business ?

We have a dead FlarmEagle and display and I have twice filled in a repair form and not received the pdf with the submitted information or a repair number. I’ve emailed customer support and even Nik Salej as a last resort and had no reply.
