In ear headset for self launchers

In cockpit space is limited.
Has anyone tried in ear headsets?

Any experience?

I use Plugfones and a jack adapter.  You get earplugs and you can hear the radio for under $50.00

when you take them out, its a pair of earplugs hanging off you neck.

Other traffic can hear you on the regular boom mic, they know you are in a noisy environment, but they can understand you.

Contact Sean at Wings and Wheels. He uses the Faro Air headset. It is lightweight and very comfortable. Sean flies the HPH Shark two seat glider self launch He states it reduces the noise to a very low level when the engine is on.

I tried few option in my friends motor gliders and decided to buy the best: Bose Pro 2.

Earbuds, noice cancelation, Bluetooth but expensive,$1100, so before you buy test other options.
