FASST-CH related question to Swiss pilots

Hi

FASST-CH is coming into action mid 2027-2028, making transponder and (ads-b out or ads-l out) mandatory for gliders.

I went for the Transponder + ADS-L out (via LX9070 powerflarm) option.

I have a few questions related to that:

- I understood that this for class G + class E airspace in Switzerland ?
- Does that mean that you have to turn the transponder on (7000) as soon as you cross the Swiss border ?

- How will that be checked / enforced ?

Out of curiosity:

- How is the Swiss fleet currently equipped ? It's an important investment for clubs when they have to buy a transponder + ADS- for several gliders.

- What's the general gliding community feeling about this ? in particular the fact that FLARM is not considered as a solution alongside ADSB or ADSL.
