Has anyone had any luck getting Cobra trailer keys duplicated at a local hardware store or locksmith? They don't look that complex to me but my local Ace Hardware couldn't do it.  Suggestions?

Exactly.
And, per Mark Mocho, your key number is written on the inside of the trailer, as well as the Newton meter rating of the lift cylinders...

I’ve gotten spares from W&W, fair price and indistinguishable from the originals.

Thank you,

Typically, the hard part is the key blank, once you have that, the rest is easily doable. Issue is, it's a Euro blank and not common here.

Try using an Ilco GH1 blank.

Last time at W&W I bought a key…$5. Tax, tariff and shipping came to $10 or $15. Still better than driving around to get them made.

Tariff was for aluminum content

After talking to my local lock and key folks, I ordered 3 blanks from easykey.com. They were about $7.80 each. They came in about four days and then I took them to the locksmith with the original and they made me spares in about 5 minutes. From easykey I ordered EMKA key blank EMK11108.
