Hopefully good news re tariffs

There's finally a concrete date for the tariffs on aircraft and aircraft parts to go away (September 1st):

"In the framework E.U. trade agreement, the United States said it plans to roll back tariffs on “unavailable natural resources (including cork), all aircraft and aircraft parts, generic pharmaceuticals and their ingredients and chemical precursors” to pre-January levels starting Sept. 1."

Will this include aircrafts and parts from Jonker (South Africa)?

Last I looked, SA was not part of the EU.

Does not mean a similar tariff agreement between the US and SA.
