Cessna 185 (A185F) Tow Hook Options

Hello!

We need some help in figuring out how to get a tow hook system onto our 1983 Cessna A185F. I've been in contact with Pacific Aerial Towhook systems irt their 1290-1 kit, STC'd for the A185F. https://pacificaerialtowhooks.com/product/1290-1-tow-hook-install-cessna-180-185-etc/

Unfortunately they lost their welder and are having a heck of a time getting a welder to be approved through the FAA again, and the kits are not available UFN.

I have some of the documents for the SSA's STC "SA65CE" for the 185 series but I'm concerned that isn't compatible for with the locking tailwheel. We are looking for other options or some expanded info on the SSA setup for the C185. Thank you for the help.
