I saw something like this on a friend's trailer.
This isn't my idea, hope it's not patented.
The intent is to provide a latch to keep the jack wheel from dropping during towing without having to remove and stow the jack every time.  I liked that idea, so I took a picture of it, sketched out what would theoretically work, cut one out of wood, made that actually work, fixed the sketch, and cut the steel.

This worked on my trailer,  It may not work exactly on yours, but if you cut it out of wood first, you can make adjustments, if you need/want to, before cutting the 304 SS plate.

Why Peek washers.  Well, friction washers are expensive for some reason. And, based on my experience with ball valve torque requirements for Peek vs. Teflon.  Peek is very frictioney.

The hole in the AL-Ko jack clamp is already there, it's just a wee bit too small for a 10mm bolt, and it's not quite small enough to tap it M10 x 1.5

The attached should get you off to a good start should you desire one of these on your own trailer.  Feel free to improvise, or you can tell everyone else the correct way to do this, or share your knowledge of why this is such a bad idea.  It's currently snowing in SC, so not much else to do today other than instigate another online incident.

Or if you have access to a water jet or plasma cutter,  you can get fancy.

I have been making these for a few years and have sold a half-dozen or so. I admit to stealing the idea from someone else, but I don't remember who it was. I modified the design slightly to use the existing clamping handle to tighten the J hook and hold it in place. You have to reverse the clamping mechanism to keep the frontward direction of the wheel fork, but that's pretty easy. I also include a brass washer to eliminate wear on the clamp and handle. I sell them for $40 including shipping.

Cool latches.  My expedient if un-cool solution would be to use use a short, sturdy cargo bungee cord to pull up on the wheel.  It makes me appreciate the swing-up jack stand on my (honemade) trailer.

I do not have a PayPal account associated with my gmail account. One person sent a payment thru PayPal and I cannot access it. Zelle is preferred. Use mark628ca (at) mmfabrication (dot) com

I have been doing something similar for the last 5 years or so, maybe 20 sold. I use 1/8" x 1" HRS, painted. The original (on "Pi" Cobra trailer) likely has 8000 highway miles with no issues. I use the existing hole in the trailer jack clamp and a 1/4-20 bolt. The mounting hole is off center so it hangs the bottom towards the trailer. Then, when you have the hitch on the trailer, you loosen the clamp and pull the jack up. It latches on it's own, then let it drop into the angled notch and clamp it up.
Most of mine are on the east coast.

If I had realized that all you guys were making these, I would have just bought one.  I've been doing this a few years now, and didn't even know it was something being done.   You guys already making them should do a better job of marketing your stuff.

I started by fixing an issue I had seen. I then did some more for our family trailers, and others saw them and wanted one. Thus the amount I have made. It's either word of mouth, someone saw mine and asked until they found me, and I also offer to do it (for a price) when trailers are at our house.

If others want to market them, that's fine by me.

Unfortunately, I discovered that if you aggressively market stuff, you end up working so much that it starts to cut into your airtime.
