A friend who has recently purchased a Grob 102 is having some issues with getting his plane back into ship-shape.  He has done some searching and has found little to no on-line information available from owners.  To this end, he has created a new Grob Owners Group.  If you own a Grob, have owned a Grob, have good knowledge of Grob sailplanes, please consider joining this new group and helping support other Grob owners.

My friend is here in Wichita, Kansas, in the USA.  He is in contact with Robert Mudd, who agreed that a group needed to be created and encouraged him to set it up.  He is also aware of Lindner in Germany.

Thank you!

Sorry for the immediate thread drift, Steve, but along the same lines, I have a friend who bought a project HP14, and he and I both know he’s never going to get to fixing it…..

Is there a similar group for HP designs?

One where he can list it and hopefully find someone that will take it, fix it, and fly it!

I think he wants to sell it and maybe get a turn-key ready Standard Cirrus, or other lower cost glass ship.

I would love to find a group for the HPH 304 as well, for myself. I know there is one on Facebook, already a member.

Thanks in advance.

If anyone knows, it is YOU!

Kind Regards,

Chris Behm, AKA “Target”
