Hey All, I'm selling "AMY" my Cessna 185 towplane  and a very knowledgeable A and I is handling the sale for me. Follows is my description, in short - no damage history, cool windows in lower door for visibility, called patroller doors.skylights above pilots head for visibility, lots of power 300hp for 5min then reduce it to whatever required.  This is an "F" model, the latest or last design of the 185 " A185F Skywagon Introduced for the 1973 model year with a "Camber-Lift" wing, dual nose-mounted landing/taxi lights, a redesigned instrument panel with a split-rocker master switch, The 1974 model year introduced optional cabin door bubble windows for improved downward visibility. Airspeed indicators in knots. " It has just come out of an annual.

I have only used this plane to tow at perhaps 3 or 4 contests, it does not tow on a regular basis.

Continental IO 520 with 536.7 SMOH. 150 SPOH, 3748.9 TTAF, Nov 2025 annual, Floatplane kit option, fuel system extended range/80 gallon, Monarch fuel filler caps, disengaging RH Rudder pedals, tail cone handles, skylights, patroller doors with windows. Ram engine with gamijectors. Secondary seat stop service kit installed. Door steward equipped. Whelen wing tip strob lights. KY 197A, SL40, KNG2, KT76A, Garmin GDL 82 ADSB. Tow hook installed.
