need a pushrod swivel bearing - LS6

A friend is grounded waiting for a part for his LS6.  The part is the rear aileron pushrod swivel bearing similar to the picture.  This is located on the aft end of the longitudinal pushrod that runs alongside the fuselage from cockpit back to the wheel well area.

These swivel bearings look like generic aircraft hardware to me and not some custom component.  In any case, if anyone knows a source or a faster way to acquire the appropriate component, he'd appreciate it.
