Does anyone have any experience with having a glider seat belt re-webbed? Any US recommendations?

Contact Hooker Harnesses. They did mine several years ago. My only complaint is that my shoulder straps came back about three inches shorter than the originals. Alternatively, a certified parachute rigger should be able to do the job. The new webbing should include a tag with the certification and production date. Also, if your hardware (especially any tensioning buckles like Grob belts) should have minimal wear. Grob buckles are notorious for wearing out the "teeth" that hold the tension properly. Repeated use polishes the teeth until the buckle will not hold tension and the belts slip.

I've used Aviation Safety Products in Blairsville, GA for my ASW27 as well as for our club gliders.  Nice work, friendly folks and quick turnaround.

I can only second what Mitch said. They did my belts for the Aluminum-
Overcast and they turned out great. Fast turnaround and good communications all through the process.

I had great service with C&M Aviation Services some years ago. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Hooker Harness rewebbed the belts on my ASW 24 a few years ago and did a great job. There was a little wear on the buckles but they said it was acceptable, but had spare buckles in case they were needed. As mentioned, the condition of the hardware can be an important factor.
