Becker 4201 and Dittel FSG 2 T question

Question for those who may know off the top of their heads...

My Becker 4201 VHF has failed

I've got a good Dittel FSG 2T 

Can I swap out these radios using the existing power / data plug?

FWIW I have the pin schematic for the Becker and checked for 12v at the plug and there is 12v but not on the 2 pins that are specified.

Are these radio plugs wired to a common layout or not?

Or am I heading for a Avionics shop B/C I do not have the fine motor skills to re wire a plug

Nick it looks like the FSG 2T uses a DB-15 connector, while the Becker uses a DB-25. Different plug size at the least.

Contact Becker Avionics inc in Florida, they just fixed my 25 year old AR4201 in about a week.

Fix included repairs on the circuit boards, general tune up, and a lot of free new front panel components - all for under $400 including shipping.

Just my opinion ( after dealing with 3 different FSG-2T radios).  A "good FSG 2T" might be an oxymoron. The front multifunction switch  (push and turn) is very fragile. All 3 of mine went bad. I'd fix the Becker.
