How about letting us know what glider you need to cover?

I have an old set from my ASH-25  ( 25meter 2 place) you can cut to fit until your new ones arrive.  No charge but you have to figure how to get them from Phoenix  AZ USA to wherever you are.

Bruces Covers is the way to go.  https://aircraftcovers.com/  Great service and quick turnaround.

I have a set of their wing covers which are great.  I like that they have a REALLY LONG zipper going from tip to root on the underside making it relatively easy to put them on - even over winglets.  Certainly much better than the slide on "bag" variety.

Absolutely correct - until that zipper fails.
Then It’s useless.

Having had LOTS of hang gliders with long zippered bags, I can tell you that the zippers fail pretty regularly, especially after they get a little dirty. The problem is that the tiny little zipper slide wears down when repeatedly run up and down over a large distance. We had techniques to prolong the life with dry silicone spray and judicious use of pliers to squeeze the zipper slide jaws and try to tighten the worn slides, but they would fail again. Fortunately, I was changing gliders every year or two.

Hi everyone,

I would like to recommend Chaniese covers as an excellent option. They are approximately half the price of other brands and offer great versatility, including split sections for 15m and 18m configurations, split winglet covers, and hail protection.

On my set, I requested custom loops on the ends so the covers can be hung inside the open trailer to dry morning dew. I also placed a special order for an extra bag, allowing for two bags to be stored conveniently between the fuselage and the wings in the trailer.

I purchased these through Dave Springford at Fox One Corp (dave at foxonecorp.com).

Best regards,

Ryszard Krolikowski

Sorry you are having issues.  I suppose it could be a couple of things that is stretching the staff.  Spring time.  The recent Sun N' Fun discount.
