Raspberry Shake 4D not available in EQInfo App

Hello everybody

I'm a new raspberry shake user. Currently I'm running a 4D version. I've tried different software suggested and all of them

are working (swarm, seisgram2k, jAmaSeis) to me but I've problems with EQInfo for Android.

My RS id is R6D65 and I've set it inside the setting panel of EQInfo, the channel selected is EHZ and I've also enabled the Raspberry Push Provider option.

Unfortunately there's no way to see the running track of my RS and the following message appears:

"RSD65.

Could not load inventory information for this id"

Can ypu help me?

could you please connect your RS back online, it is offline since 2018/08/09 17:11 UTC.

Once it is back, we will be able to try to identify the issue.

Hi,

sorry for the long delay, after a few I was able to see my RS in EQInfo.

So it was working at the end. Currently we’re testing the device off-line.
