Nothing beats being able to play your favorite game in your native language, and League of Legends is no different in this regard. However, unfortunately, Riot isn't exactly straight forward when it comes to how players can change their language, but we're here with some brand new and easy to follow methods. If you only want to change the text language of the game, then you can do so by launching the client without logging in and accessing the settings. However, if you want to change the in game language then you'll have to launch your file explorer, locate League and create a shortcut. Then, you have to go to properties and change the language manually.
Now, you might be wondering why players have to use such a weird workaround just to change the language. Well, the thing is that Riot has been talking about adding a way for players to be able to easily change the in game language as they wish. However, even though they had said this last year, they are yet to add the feature to the game.
Therefore, we can't really promise when exactly the feature to change the in game settings with the simple click of a button will come out. However, when it does come out, you can be sure we'll update this article as soon as we can.

After the first launch, you can once again run League of Legends from Start Menu. As it is, the shortcut method modifies League files to accommodate the language change. Should your client revert to the original language, keep using the shortcut.
*If launcher ignores the language change, you may have to use LeagueClient.exe from the League of Legends directory instead of the desktop shortcut. Personally, I take advantage of Start Menu on Windows 10 to avoid the hassle
The most up-to-date tool is an open-source solution by Collin McKinney. The interface of his LeagueLocaleLauncher has exactly two lines, and it also supports the Chinese language. The tool is currently in the clear, but keep the risk of getting banned in mind!

There used to be a way to change it when I was using Origin. But it seems there is no such option in EA Desktop. Is there any way can change the language setting in EA Desktop? I don't want to download the game again or use Origin again.
I changed my language and chose "repair" but it didn't work. I know it has to re-download a few things after changing, so it cannot just be a "-lang en" parameter, but I feel like this is a very basic feature many of us miss.
yeah this is kind of a big problem for me because I live in a foreign country and play at the internet cafes. They always pre install their games in the country's language. Before I could easily change it in origin, but they recently started exclusively using the EA desktop so I'm stuck
hi ive posted my solution to a reddit thread but ill paste it here:
hi ive had the same problem and i solved this issue by installing origin (not ea, just leave it installed). I cant explain how but origin recognized the apex installation on a different disk and proceeded to verify dafa files. after that i was able to change the language in origin and the files got verified again. changed back to ea app and apex was in the correct language.
Players in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, who were served by Garena since 2010, officially joined the Riot Games family on January 6 when the game developers (finally) took back publishing rights in the region.
Riot Brightmoon confirmed that the option to change language in the League of Legends client is in the works, and expected to ship sometime in 2023. However, it will not change the in-game voiceover, at least for the time being.
2020 was a year of change for League of Legends, and one of the most important steps towards modernization has been the widespread introduction and improvements of the old League client. The new client offers more customization and better responsiveness.
The list will change depending on your server. For example, NA users have access only to English (even though Canadians use French as a secondary language), while EUW players have access to four different regional languages alongside English.
To change the language in the Epic Games Launcher client, begin by launching the client and signing in to your account. Next, locate your profile icon situated at the top right corner of the interface and click on it. This action will reveal a dropdown menu; from there, select "Settings." Towards the upper section of the settings menu, you'll come across an option dedicated to language settings. Give it a click, and a list of available languages will be presented. Simply choose the language you prefer from this list to apply the change across the launcher's interface.
Changing the language settings might give you a slight psychological boost due to the placebo effect, but significant improvement in gameplay skills would still come from your actual practice, learning, and gameplay experience.
Riot Games used C++ as one of the primary programming languages to develop the popular online multiplayer game, League of Legends. C++ helped them make League of Legends really well. It's like they had a super toolkit that let them build the game in a smart way. They made sure the game runs smoothly and looks great.

I think there's some problem that's specific to your Lightroom installation. Normally, after you change the language in the dropdown, all you need to do is restart LR. You don't even need to close the Preferences dialog.
Guys, you are absolutely brillant! I had the same problem. I have asked for help to Adobe. The lady stayed a long time trying to help me, but nothing worked. Lightroom CC 2018 was still in French, no way to change it to English. She said I had to change my computer's system to English. No way, I am not the only person to use the PC and changing the system language would bother the others and who knows all the consequences for the other installed softwares.
I have subscripted to Adobe Cloud and downloaded Photoshop/Illustrator but the default language at that time (in my Adobe Application Manager) was Portuguese so it installed the portuguese version of Photoshop and Illustrator.
Thank you for reaching out. We have created this help article ( -cloud/help/change-install-language.html) that should help you change language settings of your Adobe applications using the Creative Cloud desktop app.
I didn't find the panel you've mentioned. What I have done before the download was to set my language to English (North America) as the picture shows. Is there another plane where I should set the language?
